Capital Gains Tax reporting

We have a sophisticated CGT system, which allows us to produce reports showing both indexation and taper relief. It also has a ‘what if?’ facility allowing us to see the potential CGT implications of a bargain before it is placed. To make use of the system, we require accurate historical information about a client’s shareholdings and need to hold all stock in our Nominee Service.

Individual Savings Accounts (ISAs)

We offer an ISA and PEP facility to take advantage of their tax exemptions. For portfolio clients these can be managed in amalgamation with their other holdings. Transfers of existing ISAs and PEPs can easily be arranged. This facility is operated in conjunction with NatWest Bank.

Lending against assets

We can arrange a facility to lend funds against portfolios held in our Nominee Service, subject to certain conditions.
